What's in the kit

The venue and timings are shared with every registered participant before race day.
What to bring: Your confirmation email and a photocopy of a photo ID (Aadhaar card, PAN card or passport). Bibs are never posted and are not handed out on race day.

What is the last date to register?
Registration for Kolkata closes on the closing date shown on your city's page, or earlier if every running place is taken.
What are the race categories and their fees?
- Limitless 100 KM: ₹4,500
- Super 75 KM: ₹3,500
- Fabulous 50 KM: ₹2,500
- Relay 100 KM: ₹4,000 per team (up to 4 runners)
- 10 KM, 5 KM and 3 KM: ₹800 (₹200 more with a timing chip)
Limitless 100 KM, Super 75 KM, Fabulous 50 KM and Relay 100 KM are open to women aged 18 and above, subject to qualification criteria, and are registered with a personal access code. Email info@pinkathon.life to qualify: once approved, we send you your access code and the link to register.
How do I register?
Online, on this site. Choose your city, verify your email and WhatsApp number with one code, fill in your details, check the price and pay. It takes a few minutes.
How can I pay the entry fee?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, online through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

Can I register on race day?
No. Registration closes on the closing date shown on your city's page and is not taken after that.
What is the minimum age for each category?
- 100 KM, 75 KM, 50 KM and Relay 100 KM: 18 years
- 10 KM: 15 years
- 5 KM and 3 KM: no minimum age
Age is counted on race day, and each category on the form shows the latest date of birth it accepts. Girls under 12 on race day must run with a female guardian aged 18 or older, registered in the same order and the same category.
Can I register with a nominee?
Yes. With a general registration you can add a female friend, relative or household help as your nominee, free of charge. Only her timing chip, if she wants one, is charged (₹200).

How will I know my registration is confirmed?
Straight after you pay, the confirmation appears on screen with your application ID, and it is sent to your email and WhatsApp. If it has not arrived, see the question about a missing confirmation below.
Can I register for more than one race?
No. Each participant may enter one race of the event. More than one application from the same participant will be rejected.
Can I run with somebody else's bib?
No. Race-day photographs are checked after the event. If a participant is found not wearing the bib issued to her, the registered owner of that bib is disqualified from this race and from the next edition, and the organisers may take legal action against both the registered participant and the person who ran with her bib.
Can my friends or colleagues and I register as a group?
Yes. Email info@pinkathon.life and we will set your group up.
Can one application cover my whole group?
No. Every runner fills in her own application with all the required details.
Why could an entry be rejected?
- The form is incomplete.
- The terms were not accepted.
- More than one application came from the same participant.
- The entry fee was short or not received, or the payment failed.
- The running places are full.
- Any other reason the organisers find.
Can I cancel my entry and get a refund?
No. Once you have registered, cancellation, refund and transfer requests are not accepted. See the refund policy.
Can you post me my bib?
No. Every participant collects her bib at the bib distribution: the bib collection venue, on dates we will share before race day.
Do I need a timing chip to compete?
Yes. To compete for the first three places in a category you need a timing chip: ranks are given only to participants with one.
Will I be ranked without a timing chip?
No. Your official time and rank are available only with a timing chip.
Can men take part?
No. This is an all-women's run, and we request men not to register.
Is there an exception for men?
Yes. Men may take part only as an ally for a visually impaired participant: email info@pinkathon.life.
A man has registered. What now?
He can transfer the registration to a female friend or family member until 1 December 2026: email info@pinkathon.life. No transfer is made after that.
Can I change my category after registering?
Email info@pinkathon.life with your full name, mobile number and application ID.
I registered and paid but have no confirmation. Why?
- Your mail server may have blocked it or treated it as spam: check your junk or spam folder.
- The email address given at registration may have a mistake.
