• Registrations are final. There is no cancellation or refund once you have registered.
• Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or carried over to another city or edition.
• If the organisers cancel the event, the refund or credit that applies will be announced to registered participants.
• If a payment is debited but no registration is shown, it is checked and either confirmed or returned to you through the original payment method.
