When do registrations close?
Registration for Mumbai closes on the closing date shown on your city's page, or earlier if every place is taken.
What are the race categories and the fees?
Each city's page lists its categories with the entry fee, the optional timing chip and the age rule for each. Fees include taxes. The ultra distances may have qualification criteria: email our support team to ask about them.
How do I register?
Online, on this site. Choose your city, verify your email and WhatsApp number with one code, fill in your details, check the price and pay. It takes a few minutes.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, through our secure payment partner. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
What will I receive?
A running bib, the event T-shirt, a finisher medal and an e-certificate. Timed entries also get a timing certificate, and refreshments are served after the run. Your city's page lists the kit for that edition.
Can I register on race day?
No. Registration is online only and closes before the event. There is no registration on race day.
What is the minimum age for each category?
Each category has its own age rule, shown on your city's page and checked against your age on race day. Girls under 12 run with a registered female guardian in the same category.
Can I register with a nominee?
Where your city offers it, you can add one nominee (a female friend, relative or household help) in the same registration. Her entry is discounted or free as shown before you pay; a timing chip, if she chooses one, is charged.

How will I know that my registration is confirmed?
As soon as your payment goes through you see your confirmation on screen with your registration ID, and we send it to you by email and WhatsApp. You can open it any time under My registrations.
Can I register for more than one race?
No. Each participant runs one race category per edition. A second registration for the same person is refused.
Can I run with someone else's bib?
No. Bibs are personal and race photos are checked. Anyone running with another person's bib, and the person it was issued to, may be disqualified from this edition and the next.
Can my group or company register together?
Yes. Every runner registers with her own details, and groups and companies can ask for a group code: email our support team.
Can one form cover my whole group?
No. Each runner fills in her own form, so that her bib, T-shirt size and confirmation are right. You can add one nominee to your own registration where your city offers it.
Why could an entry be refused?
- The form is incomplete or the details do not match the participant's photo ID.
- The same person registered more than once.
- The payment failed or was short.
- The category was already full.
Can I cancel my entry and get a refund?
No. Registrations are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. See the refund policy.
Can you post me my bib?
No. Bibs are never posted. Collect yours at the bib collection expo, the day before the run.
Do I need a timing chip to be ranked?
Yes. Only timed entries get an official finish time and can be ranked in the results.
What do untimed runners get?
The same medal, T-shirt and e-certificate. Only the official finish time and the ranking need a timing chip.
Can men take part?
This is a run for women. Men cannot register as participants.
Is there any exception for men?
Men may run only as an ally for a visually impaired participant. The organisers add such a registration on request: email our support team.
A man registered by mistake. What now?
Email our support team with the registration ID before registration closes. The entry can be transferred to a female friend or family member.
Can I change my category after registering?
Email our support team with your registration ID and the category you would like. Changes are made by the organisers while places are available; any difference in the fee is payable.
I have not received my confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders and the WhatsApp number you registered with, or sign in to My registrations to see your registration. Still missing? Email our support team with your name, category and payment reference.
Where and when do I collect my bib?
At the bib collection expo, the day before the run. Bring your confirmation email or WhatsApp message and a photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, passport or driving licence). Bibs are not handed out on race day.
